My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were clean and had a comfortable double bed, but unfortunately, the air-conditioner was out of service during my visit. The service was top-notch with very kind and helpful staff, although there was a slight confusion about the payment amount. The location was good, quiet, and close to the airport, but it was not far from Lara beach, which was extraordinary for me. The dining experience was above average with delicious options, but it was not exceptional. Overall, the facilities were great and satisfying.
